Cushman Team Named to Lease North Jersey Offices

Cushman & Wakefield was awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for 100 Passaic Ave., a 190,000-square-foot office property in Fairfield, NJ. The property, known as the Greenbrook Executive Center, is owned and managed by Accordia, which is also headquartered at the building.

William O’Keefe, Mark Zaziski and Patrick Decker of Cushman & Wakefield will market the available spaces on behalf of Accordia.

“We are excited to be selected as the marketing and leasing agent for Greenbrook,” said O’Keefe. “Our dominance in the market and proven track record make us the ideal partner to showcase everything this building has to offer. The building’s modern look and feel, as well as its abundance of amenities, will continue to attract sophisticated tenants in the area.”

Located south of Route 46 and Interstate 80, the property offers convenient access to the Garden State Parkway, Interstates 280 and 287 and Routes 3 and 23.
