Leasing Specialist Novak Joins CushWake Team in Brooklyn

Rich Novak joined Cushman & Wakefield as a director, based in Brooklyn. His core focus will be office and industrial leasing, specializing in both landlord and tenant representation primarily in the borough.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Novak was managing director of CPEX’s office investment sales and leasing team. He also had a successful 15-year career as a line producer for major television networks and production companies, including MTV, CBS, Spike TV and the History Channel, among others.

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism. Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
