Leasing Specialist Novak Joins CushWake Team in Brooklyn
Rich Novak joined Cushman & Wakefield as a director, based in Brooklyn. His core focus will be office and industrial leasing, specializing in both landlord and tenant representation primarily in the borough.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Novak was managing director of CPEX’s office investment sales and leasing team. He also had a successful 15-year career as a line producer for major television networks and production companies, including MTV, CBS, Spike TV and the History Channel, among others.
“Rich Novak is a strong addition to Cushman & Wakefield’s Brooklyn leasing team and we are thrilled to have him on board,” said Joseph Caridi, executive managing director and managing principal, Long Island, Brooklyn & Queens at Cushman & Wakefield. “Rich has unique experience working in office and industrial leasing, and is a leader in the community.
