Leasing Launched for West Side of Bell Works Chicagoland

Inspired by Somerset Development, announced that Phase I of Bell Works Chicagoland has reached 98% occupancy, and leasing is now underway for the project’s West Side.

The redeveloped West Side of Bell Works Chicagoland will add more than 500,000 square feet of new space, allowing dozens of new and existing businesses at Bell Works Chicagoland. The redevelopment includes 430,000 square feet of traditional office space, with approximately 35,000 square feet dedicated to 16 fully furnished suites for flexible short- and long-term leases ranging from 1,000-4,000 square feet.

A conference center with five conference rooms accommodating up to 370 people, alongside 70,000 square feet of retail space, will also be available. Inspired by Somerset Development also recently executed the sale of a forthcoming residential project on the site, The Towns at Bell Works Chicagoland, to PulteGroup. A 300-unit apartment development in the same 20-acre residential district is currently in the approval process.
