Leasing Kicks Off at Rosewood Court in Uptown
Rosewood Property Company recently awarded Transwestern Real Estate Services the leasing assignment for its class-A Rosewood Court office building in Uptown Dallas. The asset is located at 2101 Cedar Springs Rd.
The property houses 417,560 square feet of corporate offices, along with retail shops, restaurants and amenities serving the building.
“With best in-class amenities and a prime location in one of the nation’s most exciting submarkets, we expect Rosewood Court to continue to be one of the most attractive addresses in Dallas,” said Paul Wittorf, market leader for Transwestern’s North Texas operations.
Rosewood Court is home to the Rosewood Corporation as well as Korn Ferry, Peregrine Petroleum and Petro Hunt, and restaurant Ocean Prime. Recent additions to Rosewood Court include Frost Brown Todd’s headquarters and Independent Financial. Flower Child Restaurant opened in Rosewood Court in late 2019.
