Leasing Expert Marin Turney Rejoins JLL in LA

JLL has hired office leasing expert Marin Turney as EVP. Turney will specialize in representing office owners and tenants in Los Angeles County.

Turney rejoins JLL after a successful tenure as VP of leasing at Brookfield Properties, where she leased the firm’s 10.5-million-square-foot Class-A Downtown Los Angeles office portfolio. Previously, she served as a broker for JLL in Los Angeles from 2008-2013.

“During this evolving economic and commercial real estate climate, we have seen a greater need for guidance from Los Angeles office landlords and tenants,” said Charlie Smith, Los Angeles brokerage lead.  “Marin is a polished, institutional advisor who brings strategic, out-of-the-box thinking to her approach to asset positioning and value creation for clients. Her well-rounded expertise will also provide tremendous value to the JLL team.”
