Leasing Begins at Harbor Landing in Stamford, CT

Building and Land Technology (BLT) has begun leasing the office space at its redevelopment of Harbor Landing, a waterfront complex in Stamford, CT.

“The capital improvements being made will bring tremendous interest from the office tenant market,” said Christian Bangert, Executive Vice President  and partner with RHYS, exclusive leasing agent for the 200,000 square feet of refurbished office space at the waterfront complex, formerly known as Stamford Landing.

BLT has also almost completed 218 new apartments at the complex. Leasing will begin in early 2018. Harbor Landing also includes a full-service boatyard operated by The Hinckley Company, along with a boardwalk, two restaurants and a marina with over 120 available slips.
