The 320 new apartments are now leasing at The Duchess. Set on the western bank of the Hudson River, at 7601 River Rd. in North Bergen, NJ, the apartments offer storybook views of the New York Skyline.

“We like to call the residences at The Duchess ‘grown-up homes’, because the entire development is designed to meet the needs of those who rent by choice,” said Michael Pestronk, CEO and co-founder of Post Brothers. These renters “demand the type of select amenities that would normally only be found at the most upscale of condominium buildings.”

That includes a series of amenity spaces designed by Paris Forino, including a “water terrace” with a heated pool, cabana beds and views of the New York skyline. Another outdoor space includes a yoga deck, fire pit lounge and an outdoor salon.
