Leasing Begins at One Hudson Yards
The luxury rental apartments began to lease August 8, 2017, at One Hudson Yards, a 33-story tower at 530 W. 30th St., along the High Line in the new neighborhood growing at Hudson Yards.
“We used an updated stone and glass vocabulary to create a gateway between traditional Chelsea and the glass buildings at Hudson Yards,” said Steven Davis, partner at architecture firm Davis Brody Bond.
Related Rentals will open 178 apartments with amenities designed by Andre Kikoski Architect, including a sun and barbeque terrace and a suite of swimming pools including an 82-foot pool, plunge pool, salt pool and hot tub.
One-bedroom units are now available for $4,890 to $5,065 per month, while a pair of 2-bedroom units are available for $7,945 and $8,695 each, according to StreetEasy.
