Leasing and Renovations are Underway at One Sansome

Barker Pacific Group (BPG) has owned and managed One Sansome for the past decade. Located at the intersection of Sansome, Sutter and Market in the Financial District, the class-A 623,824-square-foot building provides direct access to BART and Muni via a private tunnel.

Newmark was recently awarded the leasing assignment for the 42-story office tower and LEED Platinum building. Mike Brown, Elizabeth Hart, Roman Adler and Aaron Gillespie are representing the space on behalf of the landlord/joint venture BPG and PGIM Real Estate.

“(Newmark’s) world-class services are sure to bring great prospects to One Sansome, and I am looking forward to collaborating to further upgrade and add value to the asset,” said Michael Barker, BPG managing director.

The asset is undergoing a major transformation to include an on-site restaurant and bar, tenant lounge and conferencing facilities. The JV has invested more than $90 million in upgrading the building since acquiring it in 2010.
