Leasing Activity Accelerates at Rialto Retail Center
Renaissance Marketplace, a 250,000-square-foot retail center under development in Rialto, CA, closed deals with seven new retailers. The project is viewed as a catalyst, bringing needed entertainment and shopping options to the market.
The latest signings include Burlington, GS Love, The Habit, Coffee Nutzz, Blaze Pizza, Panda Express and West Coast Dental, which are expected to open in April 2018. The 60-acre shopping center, at the intersection of Ayala Dr. and Renaissance Pkwy., already completed deals with 7-Eleven, Starbucks, Cinemark, and 24 Hour Fitness.
A joint venture between Upland, CA-based Lewis Retail Centers, an affiliate of the Lewis Group of Companies, and Texas-based Hillwood, plans to kick off major construction later this year. At final build-out, Renaissance Marketplace will encompass some 460,000 square feet.
CBRE’s Richard Rizika represented the landlord in the transactions.
