Leases Totaling 150K SF Signed in Westchester, Fairfield Counties
Companies signed 10 leases totaling nearly 150,000 square feet of Class A office space at properties owned by Empire State Realty Trust Inc. (ESRT), from October 2016 through February 2017. Nine of the deals involved new tenants, while one involved a renewal.
“We have seen a robust volume of lease transactions,” said Jeffrey H. Newman, senior vice president of ESRT. He credits “convenient locations and superior amenities” for the attracting these tenants.
The properties include three in Fairfield County, CT, and seven in Westchester County, NY.
