Leases Totaling 145K SF Bring APEX to 80% Occupancy

Three tenants inked deals totaling 145,000 square feet at APEX, a 186,245-square-foot office building in Plano, TX. The deals bring occupancy of the property at 3033 W. President George Bush Hwy. to 80%. Transwestern’s Nathan Durham and Duane Henley represented the landlord, Champion Partners.

The three tenants were:

• Paragon Healthcare, 70,000 square feet, represented by esrp’s Brad Struck and Roy Reis

• Appen Inc., 50,000 square feet, represented by CBRE’s Clay Vaughn and Preston Lynn

• Samsung Division, 25,000 square feet, represented by Scott Hobbs of Cushman & Wakefield

“Leasing momentum really picked up after we completed extensive renovations last summer, including a tenant lounge, outdoor patio, fitness center, conference center and café,” said Steve Modory of Champion Partners. The company acquired the building in 2018.
