Leases Totaling 137K SF Inked at Port Crossing Commerce Center

New tenants have joined Valvoline in taking space at Port Crossing Commerce Center, a Liberty Property Trust property in La Porte, TX. Gary Mabray and Walter Menuet of Colliers International represented the landlord, Liberty Property Trust, in the following transactions:

• South Gasket Resources leased 17,257 square feet at 1814 SH 146 S.; John Wilhoite of Qualified Properties represented the tenant.

• Marine USA also leased space at 1814 SH 146, taking down 26,619 square feet. JLL’s Travis Secor and Ryan Fuselier were the tenant reps.

• Averitt Express leased 92,750 square feet at 1901 Wharton Weems; Pete Greenfield of Equitable Property Co. represented the tenant.
