Leases Bring Venture Distribution Center to 100% Occupancy
Two leases totaling 62,000 square feet have brought Venture Distribution Center III, in Carrollton, TX, to 100% occupancy. JLL’s Michael Haggar and Caleb McCoy represented the landlord, listed as STAF North Dallas Realty I LP of Dallas, in negotiations.
The following tenants signed leases:
- Driveline Motorcars of Carrollton, signed for 27,000 square feet at 1048 Trend Dr.
- Century Inc., a manufacturing company, inked a 35,000-square-foot lease at 1030 Trend Dr.
“Venture Distribution Center delivers accessibility and amenities for these growing companies to better serve their client bases across North Texas,” Haggar said. “We’re thrilled to have filled the project completely.”
