Leases Bring Two Colinas Crossing to 98% Occupancy

Three leases totaling 163,764 square feet have brought an office building in Farmers Branch, TX to 98% occupancy. Deals for space at Two Colinas Crossing, at 11511 Luna Rd., were inked by IBM (66,018 square feet), HomePoint Financial (64,788 square feet) and an undisclosed financial services company (33,028 square feet). Tenant improvements are being completed for an early 2018 move-in.

Duane Henley and Nathan Durham with Transwestern, and Chris Delzell of building owner Lexington Realty Trust, represented the landlord in the transactions.

Two Colinas Crossing delivered in 2000, and was once headquarters to Haggar Clothing. When the tenant vacated in 2016, Lexington launched a $1 million capital improvement campaign to remarket the building as a multi-tenant property.
