Leases Bring 3333 Welborn to 100% Occupancy

Abby Development signed two new tenants to its Dallas Uptown building at 3333 Welborn. The leases bring the 63,680-square-foot building to 100% occupancy. The Riveter, a Seattle co-working company, is taking down 9,302 square feet to open its first Dallas location. And, Source Energy agreed to a 9,783-square-foot lease.

JLL’s Adam Hammack and Blake Shipley secured the office leases on behalf of Abby Development, which acquired the property in 2017. The landlord’s office is also in the building, which delivered in the early 1960s.

During its hold, Abby Development completed renovations to the lobby, common areas and rooftop terrace, adding multiple collaborative spaces and tenant lounges. Additional rooftop amenities include an outdoor kitchen/bar area, putting green and televisions.
