Leases are Heating Up at One Glen Lakes

Lincoln Property Company (LPC) recently signed more than 30,000 square feet of leases at One Glen Lakes. LPC assumed leasing and management of the property in March 2020.

The property’s owner ICM Asset Management just completed the entire second floor of speculative suites, varying in size from 1,300 square feet to 8,000 square feet, complemented by a shared tenant lounge on the floor. These suites are fully built out and move-in ready.

Located just east of Central Expressway at 8140 Walnut Hill Lane, One Glen Lakes is a 10-story class-A office building totaling 169,000 square feet. The property is minutes from some of Dallas’ high-end residential and retail areas including Preston Hollow, Lake Highlands, NorthPark Center and the Shops at Park Lane. It is also a quick walk to the Walnut Hill DART station and Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital.
