Lease Up of Greenway Station in Santa Rosa Beach is Polished Off
CBRE has completed lease up of Greenway Station, a new mixed-use development in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. Thomas Watson and Elizabeth Forsythe of CBRE represented the landlord, Midgrove Centre, LLC.
The complex features 26,000 square feet of retail space and is anchored by an 85-room boutique hotel developed by Rookis Development Company. The property is situated along Highway 30A between the Gulf of Mexico and Point Washington State Forest.
Greenway Station will feature known retailers Wild Olives Tapas and Wine Bar, Pecan Jack’s Ice Cream, Coast Hippie and YOLO Board + Bike, plus introduce Local Cantina Mexican Restaurant, Souper Jenny, Turbo Coffee Roasters and Canopy Road Café.
“While Walton County is traditionally known as a seasonal, destination market, it is among the fastest growing counties in the nation,” said Forsythe. “Greenway Station has been developed to serve the market’s desire for unique lodging in a mixed-use, pedestrian-friendly environment.”
