Lease Pushes Midtown Tower to 100% Occupancy

Technology company HomeRiver Group leased the entire penthouse floor at 263 W. 38th St., an office building in the Midtown area of Manhattan.

Formed in 2016 and now leasing its first New York office, HomeRiver Group uses cutting-edge technology to provide full-service property management services in U.S. single-family home and multifamily rental markets.

“HomeRiver Group is another premiere investment management and technology firm in growth mode that has taken prominent space in Handler’s New York City portfolio,” said Scott Galin, Principal and CEO for Handler, which represented ownership in the transaction.

The 137,000-square-foot office building is now nearly 100% leased. Olmstead Properties, represented the tenant in the transaction.
