Lease Brings 155K-SF Willowbrook Pavilion to 100% Occupancy
A lease signed with Art Class & Wine brought northwest Houston’s 154,769-square-foot Willowbrook Pavilion to 100% occupancy. The studio inked a deal with landlord NewQuest Properties for 1,337 square feet, and will open by the end of 2019.
Kevin Sims with NewQuest negotiated on behalf of the landlord. Gregg Lawrence of Greenway Properties represented Art Class & Wine Glass, which will relocate to its new spot from its current space in Vintage Park.
The retail property sits on 15 acres at Tomball Parkway/FM 249 and Millview Road. The anchors are iT’Z, a family food and sun center and a 10-screen Movie Tavern. With the inline space fully leased, two available pad sites remain, one of which is a one-acre tract fronting Tomball Parkway.
