Leap Makes Jump to Tribeca Space for New Manhattan Headquarters

Raise Commercial Real Estate has signed a five-year, 12,159-square-foot lease with Leap, a scalable platform for omnichannel retail, at 99 Hudson St. in Tribeca. Having outgrown its current 3,000-square-foot location at 40 Wooster St. in SoHo, Leap will use the new space as its New York City headquarters.

Jamie Katcher and Sebastian Infante, managing director and EVP, respectively, at Raise, represented Leap. The landlord, Olshan Properties, was represented by Newmark’s Jonathan Franzel, Michael Shenfeld and Eric Cagner.

“Leap wanted to stay in Lower Manhattan—and 99 Hudson St.’s positioning in the sought-after Tribeca neighborhood allows the company to continue expanding its New York City operations,” said Katcher.

Infante added, “This relocation is an example of our team’s unique ability to help companies within the tech sector find these types of scalable locations.”
