League City Developer Pursuing Nearly 300K-SF of Retail, Industrial Space
Alexander Grene Development broke ground on the $78 million mixed-use business park Lilac Field in League City. The development is seeking its first industrial and retail tenants.
Located between League City Parkway and SH 146, Lilac Field will span 24.5 acres and include 70,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and 220,000 square feet of flexible warehouse space.
Community Impact reports once complete, Lilac Field will include 16 small warehouse units and seven retail and restaurant buildings, with warehouse tenants expected to include entertainment venues, gyms, childcare providers and breweries.
The development’s first two industrial buildings are expected to be completed by early 2027.
The developer is seeking industrial clients, such as aerospace and aviation suppliers, marine service groups, technology firms, energy service companies, advanced manufacturing users and specialty distributors to rent its warehouse space.
The full buildout is projected to take three to five years.
