Leading MF Sales Team Joins Kidder Mathews from Colliers

A top multifamily sales investment team, led by Dylan Simon (pictured above left) and Jerrid Anderson, joined Kidder Mathews in its downtown Seattle office as EVP’s. The pair are joined by a team that includes three additional brokers: Matt Laird, multifamily investments, Alex Mundy, debt & equity finance, and Tyler Blaikie, associate financial analyst, as well as marketing specialist, Cate Chase.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, the team was with Colliers International’s Seattle office.

Kidder Mathews’ Brian Hatcher says, “Simon and Anderson complete a critical piece to Kidder Mathews’ strategy of assembling a coordinated network of the most skilled and accomplished investment sales professionals along the West Coast.”

The six-person team specializes in multifamily investment properties and development land sales in Seattle and the Puget Sound. The group brings nearly 50 years of commercial real estate industry experience, and has completed roughly $1 billion in multifamily investment transactions, including the sale of more than 7,000 units, over the past five years.

There is still time to join us this week for Connect Bay Area at the Grand Hyatt San Francisco. Get more information, and register to attend on this link.
