Le Investment Group Closes $36M Riverside Portfolio Sale

Le Investment Group represented the seller of a prime industrial portfolio located at 1660-1880 Iowa Ave. in Riverside. Totaling 203,939 square feet, the portfolio was sold for $36,560,000, equating to $179.27 per square foot.

Buyer and seller were not disclosed. The industrial portfolio comprises high-quality spaces ideally suited for a range of industrial uses, according to Le Investment Group.
