LCOR Breaks Ground on North Bethesda Rental Community

LCOR has broke ground on Envoi, a 354-unit, rental community within The Quad at Pike District, North Bethesda, MD. The 12-story building offers layouts from junior one-bedrooms to penthouses.

“The accessibility, greenspace and sense of community at The Quad have created an ideal place for North Bethesda residents to live,” said Taylor Golub, development manager at LCOR. “The building differentiates itself from the existing rental market with its extensive amenity suite, modern unit finishes, and a dynamic outdoor space for all ages.”

Residents will have access to over 16,000 square feet of amenities, including a fitness center, outdoor pool, open-air courtyard with grilling stations, firepits and games, resident lounge with coworking capabilities, designated meeting rooms, indoor and outdoor children’s play areas, dog park and a penthouse lounge with gaming areas and a golf simulator.

Designed by Design Collective, Envoi aims for a summer 2026 opening.
