LBA Snags Portland Industrial Center, JLL to Handle Leasing

JLL Capital Markets has closed the sale of Marine Drive Distribution Center, a 591,000-square-foot, four-building industrial complex in Portland, OR. LBA Logistics purchased the property from Clarion Partners, and JLL has been retained by the buyer for leasing purposes.

Marine Drive Distribution Center is comprised of one single-tenant and three multi-tenant warehouses. The buildings feature ESFR sprinklers, 24’-26’’ clear heights, 114 dock-high, 12 grade-level and 28 rail-served doors along with ample parking.

“JLL is pleased Clarion Partners trusted us with the disposition of the Marine Drive Distribution Center,” said Buzz Ellis, who represented the seller for JLL along with Mark Detmer and Ryan Sitov. “Mid-bay product fills a critical need in our nation’s supply chain, and demand for these assets are robust across the West Coast.” The JLL Leasing team is led by Managing Director Tyler Sheils.
