LBA Realty Lands East Bay Industrial Facility
LBA Realty LLC acquired a 205,927-square-foot industrial/manufacturing warehouse building located at 8511 Blaine St. in Oakland for $15.55 million. The facility was formerly owned and occupied by KapStone Paper and Packaging, and served as its main Northern California manufacturing plant prior to its closure in August of 2017.
The building is situated on 7.2 acres, and features clear heights ranging from 18 feet to 20 feet, with five loading docks, two grade level openings, ample trailer/employee parking, rail service, T-5 motion sensor lighting, heavy power, sprinklers, and a yard area that is fully fenced with secured perimeters.
The addition boosts LBA Realty’s industrial portfolio to more than 26 million square feet located throughout the western United States.
