Lazy Dog Relocates to Costa Mesa’s The Hive
Lazy Dog Restaurants is relocating its headquarters to The Hive in Costa Mesa, CA. It will take 13,670 square feet at the creative office campus, after calling Huntington Beach home for years.
The restaurant company will move 50 corporate employees to Invesco Real Estate’s campus that also is home to the Los Angeles Chargers’ NFL training facility. The recently-repositioned three-building 181,822-square-foot property is located at 3333, 3335 and 3337 South Susan.
Lazy Dog is expanding into new markets nationally, and indicated the relocation comes “at a pivotal time” for the company. It recently opened four new restaurants and plans four more this year, including inaugural locations in Fresno and Chicago.
Invesco Real Estate acquired The Hive last month from a JV between Goldman Sachs and Steelwave for $84 million.
