Lawyers in Real Estate 2020: Radler White’s Dina Alexander
Founding partner Dina E. Alexander of Portland, OR law firm Radler White Parks is described as an “outstanding negotiator and deal facilitator.” Her experience with large-scale development projects allows her to strategically advise clients on issues that arise in all stages of a project’s life cycle.
Working on land acquisitions, joint ventures, equity and debt financings, construction contracts, condominiums, leases, acquisitions and dispositions, and workouts, Alexander has demonstrated the ability to creatively guide her clients through the entire range of challenges they must overcome to bring complex projects to a successful conclusion. She has developed unique experience representing both the public and private sectors in public/private partnerships, and provides invaluable insight to clients on these types of projects.
Currently, Alexander is representing ZRZ Realty Company in a public/private partnership to redevelop 33 acres of urban riverfront property known as Zidell Yards. She assisted Evergreen Development Group with a highly contested public/private partnership to redevelop an entire City block in the heart of downtown Lake Oswego, OT with a mix of retail, office and housing. From 2002-2014, she played a leading role representing the developers of South Waterfront, a $2-billion, multi-phase, public/private project that is the largest urban redevelopment in Portland history. She represented the City of Portland in the redevelopment of PGE Park (now Providence Park) for Major League Soccer and has also worked on public/private partnership projects in California and Arizona.
Alexander also worked with the City of Portland on a public/private partnership to renovate Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
It’s for these reasons that we named Dina Alexander to our inaugural grouping of Lawyers in Real Estate. These are real estate attorneys who have distinguished themselves in both their practice and the larger community.
