Lawyers in Real Estate 2020: Armbruster Goldsmith & Delvac’s Dale Goldsmith
As managing partner at Armbruster Goldsmith & Delvac in Los Angeles, Dale Goldsmith has assisted clients in obtaining necessary governmental approvals for more than 50 million square feet of residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional development projects all over California.
He has been, and continues to be, involved in a number of high profile development projects. These include USC’s five-million-square-foot master plan for its University Park Campus; SunCal’s three-million square-foot mixed use project in the Arts District of Los Angeles; the 1.2-million-square-foot Century Plaza Hotel; the Hollywood & Vine mixed use, transit-oriented development that includes a W Hotel; Trammell Crow’s one-million-square-foot e-commerce facility in Compton, AEG’s StubHub Center at Cal State Dominguez Hills; Thomas Properties’ two-million-square-foot Campus El Segundo office project; the expansion of Fox Studios in Century City; the renovation of Dodger Stadium’ United Airlines’ Terminal 6, 7, and 8 projects at Los Angeles International Airport; the development of Rand Corporation’s Santa Monica headquarters; Waste Management’s state-of-the-art waste transfer station at Bradley Landfill; Macerich’s redevelopment of Santa Monica Place; and the Los Angeles Lakers’ new headquarters and training facility in El Segundo.
