Lawyers in Real Estate 2020: Snell & Wilmer’s Christopher Fahrendorf

As a counsel at Phoenix-based law firm Snell & Wilmer, Christopher Fahrendorf’s practice is concentrated in the area of commercial finance and real estate transactions. He represents developers in the acquisition, financing, leasing and disposition of retail, office, residential and mixed-use developments. Chris also represents financial institutions in real estate and asset-based lending transactions.

In Arizona, Fahrendorf has been called the go-to transaction attorney for all things real estate. His peers have specifically recognized him for his turn around time and attention to detail.

In addition to his work at the firm, Fahrendorf is also actively involved in the community with roles serving as the president of the Saint Mary’s Scholarship and Benefit Fund since 2005 and the chairman of the board of directors at Exito, Inc. from 2005-2008.

It’s for these reasons that we named Christopher Fahrendorf to our inaugural grouping of Lawyers in Real Estate. These are real estate attorneys who have distinguished themselves in both their practice and the larger community.
