Law Firm Wilson Elser Leases Full Floor at US Bank Tower

Silverstein Properties on Monday announced a new 24,416-square-foot lease with Wilson Elser at US Bank Tower, its 72-story office tower in Downtown Los Angeles. As part of a 10-year lease, Wilson Elser will occupy the entire 31st floor of the US Bank Tower, relocating from 555 S. Flower St. at nearby City National Plaza in the third quarter

Founded in 1978, Wilson Elser is a preeminent defense litigation firm with more than 1,400 attorneys across the country. “We are pleased to welcome Wilson Elser to US Bank Tower, further strengthening the building’s position as a premier destination for top legal services firms,” said Silverstein Properties VP Harlan Strader. “With its highly efficient floor plates, hospitality focus and inspired design, US Bank Tower delivers the ideal environment for high-performance organizations.”
