Law Firm Takes Space in District Detroit Building by Little Caesars Arena

Olympia Development of Michigan signed a nearly 30,000-square-foot lease with Warner Norcross + Judd LLP at The District Detroit, a $1.4-billion mixed-use urban redevelopment project in downtown Detroit. The law firm, one of Michigan’s largest, plans to occupy the third floor of a 127,000-square-foot, office/medical/retail building at 2715 Woodward Ave.

Located between Little Caesars Arena and the new Mike Ilitch School of Business at Wayne State University, the five-story building offers proximity to Detroit’s key business destinations as well as premier entertainment and cultural attractions. The modern workplace will house about 55 attorneys and staff, and will feature conference rooms, collaborative work spaces, dedicated parking and a lounge overlooking Woodward Avenue.

Advocate Commercial’s James Berkemeier and Sam Munaco acted as the tenants’ real estate advisors. The District Detroit office properties are represented by Plante Moran Cresa’s Mike Carl and Ron Gantner.
