Law Firm Takes 108K-SF at 1400 Broadway

The law firm of Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy has leased three full floors totaling 108,000 square of office space at 1400 Broadway, an office tower in Midtown Manhattan.

“Fragomen was attracted to the desirable Times Square South neighborhood, and the property’s 21st Century modernization combined with its unique building characteristics,” said Thomas P. Durels, executive vice president and director of leasing and operations for Empire State Realty Trust (ESRT), the owner of the 927,683-square-foot tower.

Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) represented Fragomen in the lease negotiations. Empire was represented by itself and NKF.
