Law Firm Subleases Univision Space at 605 Third

Colliers International Group Inc. announces it has completed a nearly 20,000-square-foot sublease for law firm Levy Konigsberg LLP, at Fisher Brothers’ 605 Third Ave. The space was previously occupied by Univision.

The transaction was brokered by Colliers Tri-State President Michael Cohen, Senior Managing Director John Pavone and associate Jessica Verdi.

Levy Konigsberg  is relocating from 800 Third Ave., 10 blocks north. The Colliers team was retained to sublease 28,900 square feet Levy Konigsberg currently occupies at 800 Third. That space will be available for occupancy this June.

“We were able to secure a deal with favorable economic terms on a tower floor within one of Third Avenue’s premier trophy assets and the existing pristine installation allowed L+K to relocate without spending a significant amount of capital to develop the space,” said Pavone.

CBRE’s Carl Eriksen, James Ackerson and James Einstein represented the sublandlord, Univision.

Connect New York 2020 is set to take place on Wednesday, April 29 at Upper Story by Charlie Palmer. For more information, or to register, click  here.
