Law Firm SSRGA Expands Footprint at 444 Madison

Law firm Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas LLP (SSRGA) has expanded its existing 33,000-square-foot lease at 444 Madison Ave., bringing its total presence in the building to 45,000 square feet.

SSRGA will occupy the entire sixth floor and portions of the fifth and seventh floors of 444 Madison Ave., all of which will be interconnected by internal stairwells. The firm is now 444 Madison’s anchor tenant and has also extended its existing lease to be coterminous with the 10-year lease for the new space.

“SSRGA’s growing presence at 444 Madison will advance our efforts to attract industry-leading talent,” said Jeffrey M. Schwartz, co-founder and managing partner at SSRGA. “This space accommodates our continued growth, supports firm culture and facilitates collaboration between attorneys.”

Representing SSRGA in the transaction was JLL vice chairman Mitchell Konsker. CBRE vice chairman Paul Amrich and VP Meghan Allen represented the landlord.
