Law Firm Signs for Prebuilt at Rudin’s 641 Lexington

Law firm Florio Leahy LLP signed a 10-year, full-floor lease at the Rudin Family’s 641 Lexington Ave. in Midtown East. Florio Leahy, specializing in investment management law, will occupy a 6,691-square-foot pre-built office suite in a relocation from 370 Lexington Ave.

“In spite of the challenging market conditions, this transaction demonstrates that major companies and professional service firms remain committed to New York City and Midtown for the long term,” said Michael Rudin, SVP at Rudin Management Company, the operating arm of Rudin Family holdings.

Greg Florio, co-managing partner at Florio Leahy, said, “We are committed to New York City, which will always be the financial capital of the world, and we believe that 641 Lexington will serve as an excellent launching pad for Florio Leahy’s projected growth and success.”

Florio Leahy was represented by Noah & Co.’ Benjamin Blumenthal. Ownership was represented by Robert Steinman, SVP at Rudin Management.
