Law Firm Secures Downtown Dallas Space for North Texas Office
JLL negotiated a new 23,177-square-foot office lease for law firm Thompson Coburn LLP at 2100 Ross in downtown Dallas. The firm’s Dallas attorneys had been temporarily officing at 1919 McKinney.
Dallas-based EVP Andy Leatherman represented Thompson Coburn in the lease negotiation. Altco’s Mike Dement, Sam Meginnis and Jon Altschuler represented the building’s ownership, Dallas 2100 Ross, LP.
“Identifying an office strategy that offers the right amenities, location and visibility is critical to recruiting and retaining the best professionals in the industry, especially while simultaneously cultivating a growing client base,” said Leatherman. “Thompson Coburn’s new North Texas office places them in a great position to continue serving their clients and grow their firm. The Dallas office is Thompson Coburn’s sixth. The firm also has locations in Chicago, Los Angeles, Southern Illinois, St. Louis, and Washington, D.C.
