Law Firm Relocates Within GFP’s 520 Eighth Ave.

GFP Real Estate announced today that New York-based law firm Kelman Winston & Vallone PC has signed a five-year, four-month lease for 2,695 square feet at 520 Eighth Ave. Kelman Winston will relocate to newly improved office space on the 14th floor, previously occupied by LightbulbLive.  The move will provide the firm with upgraded office space while allowing it to remain at 520 Eighth Ave.

“Kelman Winston is another example of the diverse mix of professional firms choosing 520 Eighth Ave. for its central location, efficient floor plates and long-term value,” said Matthew Mandell, senior managing director of GFP Real Estate.  “The building continues to attract tenants looking for well-located office space with ownership committed to investing in the tenant experience.”

Mandell represented GFP in-house. The tenant was represented by Steve Haas of Norman Bobrow & Company.
