Law Firm Relocates to SL Green’s 485 Lexington

Newmark Knight Frank arranged a 14,078-square-foot office lease on behalf of Kreindler & Kreindler LLP at SL Green Realty Corp.’s 485 Lexington Ave. The tenant, a national aviation accident law firm, is relocating from 750 Third Ave., with plans to move to the new space in the second quarter of 2021.

NKF’s vice chairman Brian Goldman and associate Cooper Weisman represented Kreindler & Kreindler in the transaction. SL Green SVP David Kaufman represented the property’s ownership.

Situated on a full block-front along Lexington Avenue, 485 Lexington stands 32 stories above 46th and 47th streets. The property is located steps away from the newly-created north entrance to Grand Central Terminal. It was completely renovated in 2007 by Vidaris Inc.
