Law Firm Porzio Relocates to 1675 Broadway

The Rudin Family finalized a 10-year lease with Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C. at 1675 Broadway. Porzio, a leading multi-practice law firm with eight offices across the U.S., will occupy a 7,423-square-foot pre-built office suite, relocating from its current location at nearby 156 W. 56th St. in the first quarter of 2021.

Porzio was represented by Ramsey Feher and Chris Hogan of CBRE. Building ownership was represented by Robert Steinman, SVP at Rudin Management.
