Law Firm Polsinelli Expands at L&L Holding’s 600 Third Ave.

L&L Holding Company finalized an agreement with law firm Polsinelli PC to expand and extend its New York City headquarters lease at 600 Third Ave. The firm signed a 10-year lease extension that will keep it at the Midtown East office tower through at least 2036, while also expanding by 13,129 square feet for a total of 52,516 square feet, making Polsinelli the tower’s largest tenant.

Built in 1970, the 575,254-square-foot tower is owned by a partnership of Blackrock and L&L Holding Company.  Since acquiring 600 Third  in 2004, L&L  has undertaken a series of renovations and modernizations to the tower..

“We are thrilled to accommodate Polsinelli’s continued growth in New York City and are proud to extend a relationship that started in 2015,” said L&L EVP David Berkey.

L&L was represented in-house by Berkey. CBRE’s Kevin McLennan, Ian Murphy and Silvio Petriello represented Polsinelli.
