Law Firm Opts for “Fresh Start” at 1040 Ave. of the Americas

Cushman & Wakefield arranged a long-term lease for law firm Spivak Lipton LLP at 1040 Avenue of the Americas. The tenant will occupy a full-floor space of 9540 square feet in a relocation from 1700 Broadway.

Cushman & Wakefield’s David Hoffman and Sam Hoffman represented the tenant in the lease.  Ownership was represented by William Cohen and Jarad Winter of Newmark.

“After 30 years at the same office, Spivak Lipton LLP was ready for a fresh start,” said Hoffman. “1040 Ave. of the Americas offers Spivak Lipton a brand-new space at competitive terms in an incredibly convenient location for its employees and clients, equidistant between Grand Central Terminal and Penn Station.”

1040 Avenue of the Americas is a 255,000-square-foot office property situated on the northeast corner of 39th Street. The building is owned by Skyline Developers, an affiliate of Garden Homes Development.
