Withers Bergman, an international law firm, has opened offices in both San Diego and Rancho Santa Fe.

The company also added more partners in Los Angeles, where it recently opened an outlet and debuted in San Francisco a year ago.

Withers has 16 offices worldwide and concentrates on estate planning. Several employees joined the firm from from the private client services group at McKenna Long & Aldridge.

Withers is based in London.
