Law Firm O’Melveny & Myers Leases 142K SF with Paramount Group

Paramount Group, Inc. has signed law firm O’Melveny & Myers LLP to a 15-year, 142,000- square foot lease at 1301 Ave. of the Americas in Midtown Manhattan. The lease encompassing floors 17 through 20 is currently leased to Credit Agricole and set to expire in February 2023.

With the signing of this lease, Paramount has de-risked its largest 2023 lease expiration. Over the past 12 months, it has executed leases aggregating more than 450,000 square feet at 1301 Sixth Ave. to a diverse roster of industry-leading tenants.

“This significant transaction exemplifies the appeal of 1301 Ave. of the Americas, which continues to attract today’s most discerning tenants,” said Peter Brindley, EVP, head of real estate. The REIT didn’t identify the brokers representing ither the tenant or ownership.
