Law Firm Norton Rose Fulbright Expands Chicago Office by 15K SF

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has expanded its Chicago office, adding 15,000 square feet of space across two additional floors at 1045 on Fulton. The London-based firm was the first major law firm to move into Fulton Market District, and with the additional space, it now occupies 32,000 square feet of the twelve-story, WELL-certified building.

Norton Rose Fulbright entered the Chicago legal market in 2022 with an 11-lawyer team, and today the firm’s presence in Chicago has more than tripled to 34 lawyers. Norton Rose Fulbright’s workspace focuses on collaboration and innovation. Its design includes multifunctional open areas for a variety of work needs and client and community events.
