Law Firm Nisen & Elliott Relocates Offices to 180 N. LaSalle

Savills represented law firm Nisen & Elliott, LLC in a 15,417-square-foot office relocation. The firm will move to a partial floor at Ivanhoe Cambridge’s 180 N. LaSalle in Chicago’s Loop this November, its first relocation in more than 35 years.  

Nisen & Elliott, LLC is a longtime client of Savills vice chairman Eric Feinberg, who was tapped along with vice chairman John Goodman and associate director Isabel Preskill to develop a new real estate plan for the firm. Leasing at 180 N. LaSalle is overseen by JLL’s Melissa Rubenstein and Gary Kostecki. 

“Nisen & Elliott sought to refresh its office footprint as the firm’s workplace strategy evolves,” said Feinberg. “We closely monitored the market and found an ideal opportunity at the 180 N. LaSalle building that is move-in ready, saving the firm exceptional capital by avoiding a complete buildout of new space.”
