203 Jay Street is a newly built office building in downtown Brooklyn owned by AmTrust RE

Law Firm Morgan & Morgan Commits to Downtown Brooklyn Space

Morgan & Morgan has leased 9,397 square feet at 203 Jay St., AmTrust RE’s eight-story, 70,000-square-foot mixed-use property in Brooklyn. The tenant, a full-service law firm, will occupy the entire sixth floor. 
 
Cushman & Wakefield’s Charles Borrok, Patrick Dugan, Remy Liebersohn, Jon Fales and Michelle Mean represented AmTrust RE. Joseph Cirone, Kevin Hammond Jeff Sweeney and Carlisle Wheeler, also of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant. 
 
“We are thrilled to welcome Morgan & Morgan to this premier office building in the heart of the Brooklyn Tech Triangle,” said Borrok. “203 Jay St. is newly-built and equipped with state-of-the-art amenities that tenants are looking for as they return to the office.” 
 
Located at the intersection of Jay Street and Nassau Street in Downtown Brooklyn, 203 Jay is physically connected to The Amberly, a 31-story, 270-unit luxury rental property.
