Law firm Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone, LLP signed a lease for 5,835 square feet at 70 E. 55th St. in Midtown Manhattan

Law Firm Meltzer Lippe Takes Full-Floor Space in Plaza District

Cresa VP Nicolas Markel has arranged a lease for Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone, LLP at 70 E. 55th St. The full-service law firm signed a 10-year, 10-month lease for 5,835 square feet, comprising the entire 19th floor of the 27-story, Class-A office building, located between Madison and Park avenues in the Plaza District.

“The firm wanted the benefits of a full-floor space in a centrally-located class A building,”said Markel. “We negotiated an excellent transaction for them, which included build-to-suit provisions that meet their requirements for space, amenities, and privacy.”

Representing building owner Amtad LLC was JLL’s Diana Biasotti. Meltzer Lippe plans to relocate from its current offices at 460 Park Av. in spring 2022.
