Law Firm McCarter & English Relocates Stamford Office

Newmark arranged a 10,993-square-foot office lease for McCarter & English, LLP at 2 Stamford Plaza. The transaction marks the relocation of the law firm’s offices in Stamford, CT, formerly located at 201 Broad St. Managing directors Benjamin Goldstein and Harrison Russell represented the law firm in the long-term lease to occupy a portion of the property’s 11th floor.

“As our client was a longtime tenant in their former space, we worked diligently to identify a solution that not only met the firm’s space requirements but also provided a seamless transition,” said Goldstein. “The location and highly amenitized environment at 2 Stamford Plaza, paired with the continuity of RFR ownership, were instrumental in the tenant’s decision to commit to the new space.”

2 Stamford Plaza is a 259,000-square-foot Class A office tower, part of a four-building complex located at 281 Tresser Blvd. in Stamford. The building shares a common atrium with One Stamford Plaza.
